Ronaldinho red card Getafe

Happened to see this uncommon event while watching "GolTV" in between Pistons halfs- a Ronaldinho red card. Ronaldinho was fouled three times before he struck the Getafe defender. Barcelona protested and Wednesday the league announced he will have a one game suspension instead of the usual two.

You make the call; he got the red obviously. I can't imagine this being a red, unless it was unprovoked and out of the context of the play. This card was neither of those things. I say give a yellow and another to the defender, especially because of who it is.
