Gloomy in Michigan

It's been raining and dark the past two days. In addition, the Pistons bit the bullet and became the first team to lose four straight games in the Eastern Conference Semifinals after winning the first two games. The Red Wings ended their season with a playoff exit last week, and Aaron's soccer team Vardar lost their State Cup match yesterday at Founder's Park in Linonia - the first time in six years that they haven't won the title of best club team in Michigan - to the Michigan Wolves, who from my days in club soccer always played second fiddle to Vardar. So Aaron and co. (family) are not going to Iowa for the Regional matches - which is alledgedly a good thing because it is a week long and would cost a lot of money; regardless, it was rather crushing to lose - So yes, gloomy in Michigan. No Pistons, No Red Wings, No brother's soccer games, and it is raining on my head.

This is sort of cute: http://www.globalcommunity.org/flash/
