Barack Obama wins the first primary, in Iowa

The overall good news for Democrats is that there were way higher numbers of voters for the Dems than the Republics, and the Republican who won - Mike Huckabee - is viewed as an "outsider"; random Huckabee factoid, he was the first high school graduate in his family.

So Barack won Iowa, what does this mean? Well, it isn't a state that has a lot of black people; a lot of the "independents" also voted for Obama; but, it is close to Illinois where Obama is a senator. Clinton is expected to win in N.H.

Why did you just read this? I don't know, but it feels good that he just won the first primary and it must be exciting for him.
