This is cool, no pun intended.

In an odd tableau for hockey, or for a fashion show, the Buffalo Sabres emerged from the end-zone tunnel at Ralph Wilson Stadium on Monday walking in their skates on a rubber runway, wearing turtlenecks, eye black and every conceivable kind of winter headgear.
The Pittsburgh Penguins and Buffalo Sabres are playing outdoors on a rink in the middle of a football stadium.
“You’re representing the National Hockey League in a lot of homes that don’t normally pay attention,” said Sabres goaltender Ryan Miller, who will wear a cap under his helmet and another winter hat on top of it to ward off the cold. It is expected to be 32 degrees at game time. (nytimes)
