I'm going to write about a few of the things that are currently on going, as well as reflect upon the 499 entries that precede this entry, and also write on some things which have passed.
Soccer refereeing has exploded: I was told that I'd work seven days a week if I wanted, between High School, USSF, and Middle School, and it is true. This is the first time in my adult or other life that I am making enough money to feel that I am a bit o' an adult: all-the-while attending UNC-A full-time! This is not as startling as it sounds, because every commitment is after 4:30 pm, and the pay is very, very good, and many others at UNC-A work full-time with demanding hours. But I love, love it woah.
I was nominated for a BlogAsheville award. In "Most in Need of a Redesign". Sad.
School is goin' strong, with 18 credits life is busy. Statistics, is an easy class! Calculus, is not a hard class, even though this time as my second attempt due to my C- grade not transferring. Sad. Two Biology classes, are great. My transfer class with the wonderful Dr. Dwight B. Mullen of local fame is a joy.
This is my 500th entry: cheers!
My grandmother passed away just more than one year ago and I wish to officially note the passing, as it is a bit o' a Jewish thing to remember after one year, or perhaps we all do this "one-year rememberance" though to different degrees. I smile when I think of you Bubby.
My brother is at Boston University playing soccer. His profile on their athletic site.
Cheers. And I do believe hard work and intelligence pay off. Cheer-io. Over, out, be neat, wash your feet
