Hope

Hope is an efficient government website. Searching for MLK Day events was initially an exercise in tedium; I didn't expect much from the first few sites I reached, which wanted me to register, blah blah I just want info on what is happening in my town, on Monday.

Then I came to USAservice.org, in the same templet as Barack Obama's Campaign website. There I was able to skip right to a search for events, found the site for the Asheville volunteer coordinators for tomorrow, and am on my way.

I think we know something good when we see it; this is just a random case of my being impressed by something that almost-president Barack Obama's team has done.

NYtimes did sweet photography of many on the Obama team; do check it out!
