HTCE 16: Kimchi Pancakes

1 C chopped kimchi
3 T kimchi liquid
1/2 C whole wheat flour
1/2 t sugar

mix together, then add

1/4 cup water

let rest for 30 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, and spread thinly a six-inch pancake. Cook until bottom is browned, flip, cook until done, voila!
